Move beyond classic recipes and begin creating your own cocktails through more than five guided sessions, culminating in a cocktail competition. Learn flavour balancing, ingredient combinations, palate development, and even basic costing and menu psychology.

Build confidence with practical flair and bottle handling through one foundational routine designed to improve coordination, style, and dexterity behind the bar.

Add two more flair routines in Level 2, with more complex moves. Handle 3 objects at a time and build confidence and comfort through instructor-led skills training.

Focus on beer, wine, and spirits to understand the building blocks of what’s in the glass. Learn as much as you can on our learning platform before you arrive at one of our schools, then continue with tastings and recaps on site to solidify it.
